Keathley/Riley Family History Interviews
Audio Tapes
These tapes were made long ago on a cassette tape player in the homes of those involved in the project, and as you will see, none of us were audio experts. As a result the sound is not always what it could be. There was a lot of noise interference - lawn mowing, traffic, planes flying over, bumbling around with the microphone, as well as the interviewer being too far away from it or the interviewer turning away from the mic. There were also a couple of little girls helping out in the background, but I did manage to improve the quality somewhat. Some of them are still a bit difficult to understand in parts - even though I've spent no less than six zillion hours editing them. (Applause much appreciated!)
